Most of them we’re not even aware of — about 95% are implicit, running in the background in your unconscious mind. That means all of the noise you ARE aware of is just a fraction of it.

Think of it like this: remember switching between radio stations? It’s like finding one where you hear someone talking above a thick layer of static. You can barely hear what’s being said with all of that background noise.
